Timeline and client input
The written assessment is delivered within five business days after the discovery session and receipt of the agreed workflow information. The client supplies a workflow owner, current process description, systems list, representative examples, approximate volume, and known constraints.

What is not included
The assessment does not include production software, custom integrations, access to live systems, legal or compliance advice, guaranteed savings, or a binding implementation quote. Those items require an approved implementation scope.
Decision at the end
The client receives enough information to proceed with BENZOA, take the roadmap to another provider, defer the project, or decide that automation is not currently justified.

Do you need access to our live systems?
Usually no. The assessment normally uses interviews, process descriptions, screenshots, field lists, and representative non-sensitive examples. Live access is considered only during an approved implementation.
Will we receive an implementation plan?
The blueprint identifies the recommended scope, dependencies, integrations, responsibilities, risks, and acceptance criteria needed to make an informed implementation decision.
